About Us

Our Story

Ensuring the most beneficial solution for spaces, and supporting a wide range of architectural aspects, ASA recognizes that a practice in the twenty-first century, in a metropolitan city of global importance like Mumbai, needs to look towards the future in terms of growth and sustainability, while keeping a close connect to defining cultural links.

Established in 2002, ASA’s core vision, mission and conduct over nearly two decades has been defined by these principles. Moreover, we care about architecture within the city and have also worked towards municipal and policy reforms, such as our successful advocation towards availing Fungible FSI free of premium on existing built-up areas for societies, and incorporating the same in the municipal DC rules.

With a team of professionals affiliated with practice and expertise in architecture and engineering, as well as pioneering bodies such as Indian Institute of Architects (IIA), Council of Architecture (CoA), India and Practicing Engineers Architects and Town Planners Association, India (PEATA), ASA has been able to bring expertise and meticulous detailing to the table throughout its journey. Building further with these experiences, we continue to grow along this path, towards our global vision, and look forward to being a part of your architectural journeys as well.
